The sitting room offers a large leather sofa with TV and surround-sound system. There is also a wood burning fire and french doors leading to the patio area with table and chairs.
The View offers a fully equipped kitchen to cater for all needs. A dining area and french doors leading to the rear patio garden.
Upstairs
The double bedroom is dual aspect, having open views of the countryside, this is a wonderful place to sit and relax. The room benefits from being used either as a twin or double.
The private hot tub is housed in a purpose built, brick building with a York stone floor, night time star lighting and wrought iron decorative windows.

What a brilliant place!
We stayed in Lincoln House for 2 nights on our way home to Scotland from Devon. What a brilliant place!! A real home from home. Comfy beds and spotlessly clean. The hot tub was relaxing after a day of sightseeing in Lincoln. Debbie is a fantastic host and makes sure you have everything you need. We’ll be back!!
